Hi gang, can we join your thread please. We lodged 176 SS visa on 13/06/11. We have received conformation of receipt and uploaded all supporting docs. We don't have an agent as we are doing it ourselves. We have attached police checks and are just about to book meds. We don't have a CO yet and not sure when we are expected to get one, any ideas?

I am also a little confused about these forms I keep seeing mentioned...form 80, 1100 and 1211 (I think that was the number) could someone please explain these to me and let me know if we need to submit them?

well well me thinks we have a co the man from delmonty says yessss . well havnt had it comfirmed from our agent but just had a llittle peek on our application it now says APPLICTION BEING PROCESSED FURTHER what u thinks then

Est . heeyy girl yes its really hard in deciding if you want to take all your gear im afraid i have a bit of stuff so we will have to decide if we sell here and buy all new there , but u read so many threads which tell you to bring everything as its really expensive there.
You will make the right decison Est and ref work it must be hard if you dont want to go back to work , will it be ok for you finacially not to go back if yes than dont hun . Not worth you feeling unhappy ..

Also can i jus ask if someone can put my mind at rest..... Positivity hasn't always been my strong point....hubby is cool as a cucumber! DIAC state we are havin preliminary checks done on our file at the mo....... I kind of understand this. Nothing has changed on our application. It still says 'processing commenced' all our meds are finalised..... sorry I know im been impatient. Think its my turn now to feel pants today!!!

Thanks harrisonclan i was on to agent after i posted she said any1 who applied in June should'nt be affected by changes in timeline which is what ur post says so although still on tenderhooks waiting at least the smoke has stopped coming out of my ears!

they're not a bad bunch the Foley's, well my lot aren't, lol! Can't wait to have our celebrations over in oz, birthday will now be the summer no more cold or rain!

Hi linsey we had this when we first got our co they just check all requirements are met ie work references if requires passports birth certificate their just checking everything you've sent in really big hugs hug we'll have our tickets very soon I'm not checking online anymore just going to wait for agent to call us  xxxxx

Hi Linsey I know how your feeling it really is awful we had more pressure on us this morning oh got start date for mining job and we can't do anything but hang tight at the moment until the visa comes through  I'm paranoid about checking online now incase they know how many times i'm checking i sound crazy i know lol least were both in it together  xxxxx

Great news bout job. My oh has had interviews but they want him in a month. He has t give 3mths notice in current job. So they said let them know wen we r nearer to comin out. Bummer!!!!

They Wil prob hear us in OZ wen we get that visa!!!!

So yeah we jus hav t hang tight easier said than done eh!! Really chuffed u hav work, that's great news xxxx
