If yes, do you think it might in some way affect the outcome. I am asking because that's exactly my case. Welcome qsar1 to the thread :wubclub: In relation to your question I think you should justify why you applied Canberra after Victoria... you can say VIC smp was launched 1st so by the time ACT SMP was released I had already applied there You can show your commitment as well with good research for Canberra.. cheers! I received the email to VIC this week and was rejected due to no demand. Although I wasn't going to look at ACT due no funds. I have funds sitting in different accounts? Would I be able to send seperate statements? I have applied for 261399 code which is a useless one unless I get approved by ACT SMP. If ACT rejects me, its bye bye Oz as 261399 isn't any SMPs (except VIC and ACT who already rejected me), plus I don't make 65 points under the new points system even if I score 8 each in IELTS. Also, the timing is a matter of concern.. If DIAC stops accepting applications BEFORE I get ACT SMP - bye bye OZ.. If I DIAC stop accepting application AFTER I get ACT SMP but BEFORE I get ACS accreditation - Bye Bye Oz. If I get ACT SMP approved, but ACS doesn't give me my letter before June 30th - Bye Bye Oz. If ACS doesn't give me 261399 code - bye bye Oz. I applied to ACS on 20th April, documents were received by them on 25th. If the 12 week rule is imposed, I don't think there is enough time for a result BEFORE June 30th!. So you see, its more a matter of luck than anything else. I think that seems like a good plan rather than going through the whole process again.. I am sorry mate but look at me... VIC screwed me 5 months and then sent a letter of no demand...over that they say if you have a job we can reconsider it...Damn they dont understand that if I have a job why wont i use ENS rather than taking your sponsorship... I am currently going through the paperwork. Just need to make sure I get the financial requirements spot on. Debating whether I should wait for my ACS results as it's with the assessor.
