Front loading, meds & police checks?

Hi all,

I'm putting together my prospective marriage visa 300 at the moment and keep reading about "front loading" the medicals and police checks. I'm applying from Dublin through London, do they require a medical and police checks up front or will they request only if need.

Personally, I wouldn't bother front loading medicals and police checks these days. The quoted processing time for the visa seems to be around 5-6 months and for much of that time your file just sits in a pile waiting to be looked at.

They will require medical and police checks and will ask for them when needed.
