Defacto subclass 309 and 100 offshore timeline
Can anyone that has applied from uk for a defacto subclass 309 and 100 offshore tell me their timeline? We are about to apply but his visa for the uk is expiring end of april, thats 5 months away!! Thank you :)

Hiya, Have a search there is already a timeline thread for the 309/100 visas. Those of us that applied in August are looking at 5 months and the department is quoting 5-6 months. From what we can see they pretty much stick with their timelines and a few lucky ones get through sooner so will need to get a shuufle on and then perhaps if it doesnt come in time look at going on a tourist visa and then popping out of Aus and back in to activate your parner visa... there is a thread on that open too...
