Hi, I feel your pain, i think the house selling process is worse than the visa process. We have dropped ours 10k and would accept another 10k drop but are a bit reluctant to do it incase a buyer wants to drop more. Its all so frustrating isnt it not knowing what to do for the best. When are you hoping to go? We are ideally looking at feb (as long as visa is through) would like to sell asap so we can move into my dads and try and claw some money back im sure we will all look back on this and say it all happended for a reason at the right time! Fingers crossed. keep me posted and good luck X

We've got to wait for our state sponsorship to come through before we can send our visa app off, but hopefully that won't take too long.

I've started filling in the forms, but didn't want to get to far ahead in case we didn't get through Vetassess first time round.

We've not even got our house on the market yet!!!! still need to do a bit off work to it before we can even think about that, but guess we need to do it soon with the housing market as it is.

Hope you went somewhere nice! Great news on Clint passing!!! Hopefully Andy will know soon.
Yeah Andy wasnt impressed to think he now has to sit IELTS, we are waiting to see the reults from the practical before taking this, we dont need anymore stress right now.

How did i manage that!!! Can you tell i am reasonably new to this site!!! Still tryoing to find my way how to send different posts to different people.
Andy thinks he did ok, just have to wait and see.
But today we have found out that he has to sit the IELTS english test, we were originally told he wouldnt have to sit this as we were english anyway, not happy at the thought of this, his english grammer isnt the best.
Did Clint have to sit this? Would be interested in how people have got on with this. Another worry to be dealing with.

Hi Lou

Eammon has just called to say he is on his way home, he had to call in at the hotel after the assessment because he left his phone there.

He said he would fill me in when he got home, but said there were a couple of things that he feels unsure about. I'll let you know more later.

This is absolute torture - I thought I'd feel better now it was over - I just wish you could get your results straightaway, the waiting is awful. Do you reckon we'll get the results in 7-10 days or do you think it will be after all the assessments finish?
