The development is pretty new and has great facilities, golf, gym, cafe etc schools are good and childcare is to obtain. You are 20 mins from the centre of melbourne and all it has to offer. Houses and area is clean and well resourced & there is lots of development going on around the area with a new marina being developed just down the road. Torquay is about an hour away which is one of the best beaches around if you need any info let me know.
