We found Pickfords to be excellent. The container arrived in 4 weeks in Freemantle. It took a week to clear customs and quarantine. Only one thing broken and that was by customs where they had opened a box and obviously taken it out. It is worthless and nothing that a bit of glue has not healed. Pickfords delivered our container to our rental on 18 Aug. 3 huge blokes carried everything up the drive and placed it where we wanted it. The opened up all the big stuff, e.g. suite, tellies, beds, washing machines. They were only here a couple of hours but were very friendly and helpful. It was the branch in the UK that we were dealing with that contacted us about when our container went, name of ship and the date of its arrival. I think you should contact them direct as they will know more than the Perth lot. However, I have found a number for you to ring which is 00618 9334 5555. Not sure whereabouts in Perth but is their WA branch.

Hi Mel, no still no luck with the house sale, so we are going to rent, and may have found someone who wants it for a year, they are going to come and have a look early next week, so fingers cross. How are you, how's thing going your end??? xx

Sorry I have only just replied. Not been on for a day or two. Can't believe it you put your house on and already have had an offer. That's amazing. Like you say though offer not what you wanted. Finger crossed though that they up it. Will keep my fingers crossed for you and wait to hear from you tomorrow.
