Hi Kim - I'm well thanks. To be honest, I think you'll be better off renting your house than selling in this market.
The governments "announcement" of their possible intentions re stamp duty has completely wiped the market out.
Rental prices are on the increase as a result of a downturn in the sales market. My intention is to rent my house, and hopefully I'll get a little extra each month to subsidise my rent in Aus.
I'm off for a reccie in Oct and the move will take place in Feb. I'm REALLY stressing over my dog and two cats. I'm worried they'll be a little too old to make the move. Other than that I'm REALLY excited. Have you booked your cat in for the flight/quarantine?

Sorry we not got back to you, not been on PIO for while, we alright, just fed up really. Both Nicki and I have just dived into work. Blew out the job as a lecturer, like to maybe do later but think it will make our lives more complicated, we can't do complicated at Mo! Lol.

The only bit of news my end is that Peter has two jobs on the books and then that's it... finished..

Cody has had a Maths exam today, not her favorite subject. They have their 'trials' as they are called here for the next 2 weeks, they are like mocks but they count towards their final marks, 30% I think.
Well done to Luke on the job. Has he done his lifeguard qualification? My Josh is a lifeguard and his quals are recognised here but he does need to do a seperate first aid cert first before he can apply for any jobs.
Josh arrived here 2 weeks ago now and seems to be settling quite well, he left a girlfriend behind which is always hard, he's more private than Cody is so you never quite know what he's thinking. Anyhow he's managed to get himself a job as a childrens entertainer (a clown), god knows how as although he's good at looking after kids he's more sort of bossy than fun, if you know what I mean. Time will tell I suppose and they are paying him $27ph plus petrol!
