Hi Stevie and All, I sent anini email to C/O last week to inform them the 2nd VAC had been paid (c/w receipt) and form 815 had been signed but they then came back with standard message:"Skilled Nominated category now has limited number of places left for the 2013-2014 program year and processing times will be longer and the Department cannot grant further visas in this category during this programme year once the remaining places are used" I also find the valued information in the form 990i, Charges – June 2013, note 8b, page 8, from website www.immi.gov.au/allforms/990i.htm which states clearly about 2nd VAC payment before the grant of visa. I am quite depressing now after a long waiting. Thanks, Joseph

Hi Mike, Thanks for your information, I have recently found some of them got visa grant after 02 or 04 days form 815 submitted but others took a month. I keep awaiting another week and will contact CO to figure out. Thanks, Joseph

Dear Friends, C/O team 6 emailed and requested me to pay 2nd VAC and sign the form 815 on 12-May-2014. I have run through most of threads here and understood that there's some delay/slowdown in visa grant until the first of July. I highly appreciate if someone can share your pieces of advice as following. 1. By paying and signing these requirements, does it means that my visa is on the way to approve? 2. Have I got to wait until the first of July for visa processing or can I have visa granted earlier? Thanks, Hope you all getting visa grant soon.

Dear all members, I am quite new to this forum and properly need your advice to my case. I applied Visa Subclass 190 for myself and dependents and became depressing when panel doctors had found active TB. I have successfully completed TB treatment for the 6 month course. Panel doctors submitted my medical reports and Immiaccount said" No health examination required...." So my questions are: 1. Has my medical been referred? 2. If it has been referred, how long does it take to be finalized? 3. I contacted to CO by email but no response from her yet, is there any issue with my case?
