Hi Ozhope, Sorry to hear all this! My case was not similar to yours, but rather that the required qualifications for my profession had changed since I qualified ie the minimum level today is a Masters degree but that degree didn't exist in Australia when I qualified here. When I pointed this out, and that the fact that my professional certification body recognized my qualifications, I won my appeal. Are you able to document that the minimum credit value is a new requirement, perhaps? Sorry that I can't really help you any further. Perhaps someone else on the forum can help Ozhope? Good luck!

Hi Ozhope, Don't lose hope - I had a similar occurrence, appealed and received a positive result. It was rather annoying that it cost me a hefty appeal fee to point out what was essentially their error, but the result meant that it was worth it. BrisVegas

Just a follow up: I received an email last week, marked 'unofficial', checking the points I had quoted. Therefore although it's unofficial, and not noted as correspondence in our ImmiAccount, I guess we have a CO.... No answer to my reply to them yet, but that was probably because I highlighted their calculation error to them

Yes, medicals were done and uploaded in Jan, police checks early Feb.

Hi all, We submitted our 190 application in late January and our ImmiAccount shows we've been in the new 'Assessment in Progress' status since late March. We have not however had any contact from, or details about, a case officer. Does this mean we have had one allocated? Or should we still be waiting to get an email from a CO? I guess I'm getting a little impatient and unsure of our progress. Thanks, BrisVegas

Hi all, does anyone know of a site that reviews migration agents? My previous agent made 2 serious errors, which she admits to, hence I'd like to 1) find a new agent and 2) warn others from using my previous agent. Any ideas?
