Derar aksahdaks, Sorry for the late reply, I was in a buisiness trip and i cant able to access the forum, its the same reason which was mentioned in my case also,But to my understsnding we need to show strong evidence that our nominated occupation has openings in Nt and if possible some mail conversation with the employer. Hi meet1313, I would advice you to apply directly on the NT website to expedite the whole process,I dont think you will get an direct invite easily from them eventhough the employers or state have access to the EOI, the reason is there will be lot of applications and yours should be an specilized /demanding job code. Oh sorry to hear that aksahdaks, Mine i still havent re-applied but my agent said it can be re-applied within two weeks,but one of the friend from this forum advised me to call the NT departmant directly to check with them,as he had already done this and they have asked him to re-apply immediately,may be i would advice you to do that. Is there any reasons ststed on your rejection application?, all the best and dont give up...

Dear Neeld, Firstly Thanks a lot to come forward to help me,actually my occupation is currently sponsored by nt and Tasmania only and I don't have other options than Nt as Tasmania needs job offer..so I am struct..let's wait and see if other states are opening,meanwhile I will reapply on October after my business trip..

Dear NeelD, Thanks for your suggestion,did you applied for the NT and they downgraded to 489?,Because like you said most of them has got 489 even though they applied for 190.Hope atleast with re-application they consider me for 489. All the best for your process..

Yes Mcadam, I will try re-applying first before i do the re-assessment..correct me if i am wrong to my understanding, if the occupation is in sol we no need to look for state sponsor as long as we have 60 points in EOI..but the duration to receive invite may be longer based on scores (higher scores will be in top list) with limited number of invitations per month.. Thanks again for your initiative and wise advices which shreds light to my process.. Cheers mate..

Hi Mcadam, I really appreciate your advice and this seems to be valid,Even my agent doesn't have this sense, i will start contacting the employers and i will spend more time to fine tune my statement to make it lively and serious. I am in R&D department and my job scope involves design,build and assembling of pilot units for testing ,I got my degree three years back, so thinking of choosing mechanical engineer or technologist,But this is also risky as i will loose all my 8 years of previous experience..i have to overcome this by putting more efforts to increase my ielts from overall band of 7 to individual 7.. Thanks for your reply, i can understand,I should think in others position too..my migration agent is dumb, he just asked me to wait until other states revise their list,personally i don't think other states will offer my anzsco code.i will follow mcadcam advice and going to re apply in NT..
