  1. We have been fortunate enough to travel a lot around Europe over the last 10 years and can't remember which years we went to which places. Its only been long weekends so am hoping it won't be a massive issue if I don't know exactly which year it was?
  2. Oh ok thanks. As we book the 2 of us on one booking just wondered how that would work - cheers
  3. Great thanks. My husband and I will be on the same booking so assume I'll get points for the both of us? If it doesn't cost anything always worth it
  4. Hi, just wondering if anyone is a frequent flyer and collects points towards their flights. I am thinking of starting this when we travel over so we can start to build points towards interstate travel and visits back home. Does anyone have any experience of this? Thanks
  5. Hi Kkr, I'm almost ready to send mine off. I'm assuming from your post that I can send photo copies of bills, banks statements etc? Thanks
  6. Thank you sooooooooooo much
  7. Thanks bma, Just want to confirm who 'certifies' documents in Oz. I know there is a list of people who can witness the Stat Dec, can this list of people also 'certify' and Austrailan passport or does this have to be someone else. I know in UK a solicitor certifies documents, just want to double/treble check - thanks again
  8. Hi there, Can someone let me know what sort if info is required for the Stat Dec's please (from family & friends). The only thing I can gather from the booklet/form (although my mind has gone a bit now reading over 100 pages!) is that the person knows you both and that you're a genuine couple. We only have one person in Oz to do this for us and need friends/family here to some some too. Any help much appreciated.
  9. Hi Deni, I'm in exactly the same situation, just starting to look at the application forms. After reading through, although it looked really daunting at the time, once you make a list of what info you need to send etc I don't see what else an agency can offer if its a fairly straight forward application. Its expensive enough without adding on anything additional! I'm currently digging out all out doucments, old and new. (car insurance, mortgage statements bills etc to show how long we've lived together. We've lived together 10 years and married for 3 so hoping it won't be a problem. Good Luck
  10. Quick question, does anyone know if its worth taking a tv over - is it compatible? Thanks
  11. Thanks dmjg - will be approx 12 months before we can go so timings of 8-9 month for Visa works out quite well. Yes, it all seems very daunting at the moment . . . What sort of evidence did you submit as proof your relationship? I'm planning on sending photo's, wedding videos, mortgage info, wills etc.
  12. Thank you George Not seriously ill (as far as I'm aware!) and no criminal record - excellent news thanks
  13. Thanks very much for the information.
