Hi guys, alot of you on here seem to know a lot about time frames, so I was nominated for a 186 visa My visa application was submitted on the 25th june 2015 My police clearance was recived on the 16th August 2015 It says health checks have been finalised. Processing for this visa can now continue So now just a wait. My question is, is it 6-8 months from the application or from the time they received the police checks ect Thanks guys and good luck to all

Hi Purvang, my application was submitted 25th jun 2015 All i have on the online immigration is processing, but i have been reading 6-8 months I have done all checks including medical It says all health examinations required have been finalised so just waiting for a CO

I am currently a defactor on my wife's 457 visa. Is it possible, for us to switch. So I am sponsored, and my wife being the defactor? Also how will this effect the current sponsorship in place?
