iam an apprentice trained vehicle body builder.i qualified in 2002.iam trying to have my skills assessed by TRA.and then apply for skilled independent visa 189.my question is : since my certificates are written VEHICLE BODY BUILDING ( METAL AND COMPOSITE) can i successfully apply under METAL FABRICATOR 3223-11. i have been doing boilermaking duties since 2005.my duties i do everyday are 100 percent of a metal fabricator.will i make it when assessed?.confused please advise thanks.
