i applied nomination and visa file in October 26 2015. My visa file opened on 27 th of May. They request Ielts from partner and stat declaration from friends and family that we have genuine relationship. We provide everything within timeframe. Then they said partners Ielts should not be 12 month old, so we sign the document for paying for fees. Till then we are waiting and my MA said your nomination file is not opened yet.. I am too stressed but can't do anything...

Hey Namish, Can you please tell me when did your file opened? Because my file also opened with wa pese team 7 in May . But they did not answer anything yet. I am wondering whether this team is currently working or not.

Hey mate you are not alone here.. I'm also waiting from October. My file opened in May and all docs submitted on 7th July. Till then no reply.. My MA said they did not opened my nomination yet. So don't worry, be patient and positive.. Good luck

Congratulations Khem, my file was also received by NSW and allocated to team 7 in WA. .. I am confused about the status showing on my MA's immi account ' on my file it is showing finalized, my nomination file showing 'in action' what does it mean? Can somebody tell me about this.. Thanks

Hello everyone, I am new member of this forum, but following this forum from last one month. My timelines are: nomination and visa applied on 27/10/2015 as customer service manager. My file was first opened on 17th May and request documents for my partners Ielts. My MA provide that and the on 28th June they said it was more than 12 month old so we fill the form to pay for it. But till now we are waiting. My MA said your file is open but nomination file does not open yet.. Did someone have this type of situation before? I am worried now..
