hi have you got a new TRN after the resubmission or its the old one only, how do u check your status? my MA said we cant check the status after resubmission and are only left with choice of getting update from DIBP is this true?? pls if anyone can throw some light on this..

fresh application has been submitted, according to agent it will take atleast 3 months time so lets c.. position is transport manager..

visa did not got refused, sponsorship was refused bcoz of training benchmark though sponsor had resubmitted by fulfilling the requirements, so now again its waiting game, company is small, first time sponsor..

hi guys, im writing again, dont know if anybody remembered my posts, i posted on 28/9/16 tht my 457 refused, my sponsor had been informed tht he did not full fill the requirements for training benchmark ( i dont have much details and dont even know wht is all this abt) but he had been given 21 days of time if he had any queries and can apply for review the application, my employer now fullfilled the requirement and has re submitted the sbs again a month ago, i.e. 19/9/16, if any one can help me to know... what r the chances of approval now and how much time it will take again in processing any help is much appreciated. my time line: Sponsorship and nomination applied - 17th may 2016 visa applied - 30th may request for medical - 19 july submitted following week natural injustice - 28/09/16 resubmission of sbs - 19/09/2016

thts the problem, if immi had a dissatisfaction with docs they must have asked for clarifications or more docs but to our surprise they just refused the sponsorship thts ridiculous seriously,, anyways my MA is reapplying for nomination again within 21 days.

Yes we did use the agent, nomination sponsorship applied together and one week later visa applied as per the MA the emplyer fulfilled all the criteria, so now he is reapplying the nomination. keeping my fingers crossed.

yeah even my employer is reapplying as per the MA and my employer he fullfills all the criteria, anyways we have 21 dys more to hope, just keeping my fingers crossed. i hope i too get the approval like ur friend..

Im on same boat buddy, me too from India timeline: sponsorship and nomination lodged on 17th May 2016 visa lodged on 30th may further info requested on 19th july submitted by 25 july further info requested from employer regarding nomination on 5th Aug submitted on 12th aug currents status: Assessment in progress. MA in Australia
