I am pretty sure my MA told me that by law the employer must pay the nomination fee. I was not allowed to pay it for them when I lodged my application even tho they were going to reimburse me.

Just over 8 months then. Did you you submit it through an MA, and was it decision ready? I know the supposed processing time line is around 6 - 8 months, but I'm wondering if decision ready does make a difference?

Dude, what is your MA doing???? why has he not already submitted all the documents with your application? You're probably paying this guy good money, and he is not doing his job properly if you ask me. In my opinion any further delays you get will be down to him. I would be giving him a kick in the butt!

I applied in January, my MA told me that from December 2015 form 80 was no longer a requirement.

Hi Ed, i applied in January 16 my MA told me that from December 15 you no longer needed to fill out form 80. He did a decision ready application for me. So I would say that you wouldn't need to do it. That would be a result as form 80 is nasty!!!!!
