No.. Its been a year i had my interview call.. I called them 4 times regarding delay in visa.. But they dont have any answer... They just say that they will finalize my application soon.. But still nothing happened so far..

Congrats bro.. Had u performed rukhsati or not?? Cuz my case is still under assessment and 15 months have been passed till now frm DOL.. It looks as if its bcz i haven't done rukhsati.. U went through the same step as u mentioned earlier.. Ryt??

I called AHC Islamabad today and I asked them about the "Approved" status that's not showing in my Immi account against sponsor name even after 8 months of Interview. They said that it doesn't matter and its not mandatory that there should be the status on sponsor's name. However, they told me that my name is in Que and I'll get the final answer soon anytime between 1-2 months.

Hi, I applied in June, 2015. Received Interview call in January, 2016. Just came to know a month ago that my file is with Senior Case Officer for final decision. But there's nothing showing "Approved" or anything next to the sponsor name. Is it normal?

They just ask about the history of your relationship that how u first met, how the relationship developed, when did u decide to get marry etc etc.. They may also ask u about him that what is his favourite food, or his favourite sport etc.. And if they find conflictions in ur answers and his answers, ur case could b complicated..

This is for male applicant (myself). Following is the reply that i received from them "Thank you for contacting the department. Your application has been provided to the decision maker for consideration – this however does not guarantee a decision on the application, as the decision maker may request further work, including additional supporting evidence for the application to again be considered for decision. We appreciate your patience as we move towards finalising the application." I got this reply on 27 july, 2016..

My interview held in January 2016 and I just got to know a month before from AHC Islamabad that my case is with Senior case officer for final decision.. So, u never know the exact time of visa grant before or after interview. It has been more than 13 month since i lodged visa application.

Ohhh... so sad to hear about u bro.. Get well soon.. u r no more eligible to get a partner visa. Anyway, u can apply for it when ull be hepatitis negative. hope for the best.. time to take doctor's advice.. don't lose hope.. I can understand what u r goin through.. just have faith in Allah..

Yeah, i asked them if my file have been sent to decision maker or not.. They said that no, its currently being assessed.. In immi account, its saying "Assessment in Progress". By the way, i am applicant. My wife is sponsoring me..

I applied in June,2015.. Got interview call in January 2016.. Uptill now, nothing has been done.. I called AHC several times. All I could get a same reply that its currently in process. They will call me..
