Hi, Looking for some advice on if it is possible to add my step daughter to our visa. My wife and I had our visa granted on 10th of march 2017 and moved out to Adelaide in July 2017 we have been here since that date. Long story short my step daughter didn't want to move out and didn't want to included on the visa. Now she has come on a working visa and really wants to stay. She is 20 and my wife's only child. They are only looking for 8 years out of the last ten in your chosen occupation. Not sure if you can do a statutory declaration for your employment. Someone else may confirm this.

Hi, My wife and I have been in SA for nearly a year on a state sponsored visa. We are both struggling to settle in Adelaide and have opportunities in Perth ie long time family friends and feel that the support they would provide would help a great deal. We have no family in SA and have struggled to find like minded people. As we are on a 190 and relise the moral obligation to SA what is the real impact of breaking that obligation? Also do I need to notify SA immigration if we decide to move? Any help is much appreciated. Barry
