Good news! I got my VISA GRANTED letter!!!! visa GRANTED: 19 Nov ( 23 weeks )

big disappointment. Our nomination was refused in January after they wanted from us other documents - we waited 3 week for this decision. For the luck we don't submitted our application together with the nomination because we would lost money. Then we hired MA and got positive answer, but unfortunately we filed the application without MA and still wait. But after your waiting and your answer already I also expect us refusal You have an opportunity to hire another MA to review the documents and submit again?

I am so sorry Cippalippa. What they refused? The nomination from your employer or your application for visa? Can you do something?

Thank you, Bellwood. I will phone them tomorrow, I hope to give me an exact answer for my status. I wrote email to them last week for the 5 times and still nothing.

Congrats Nina! Too fast - the luck is being with you. Have changed your status after "Application received"? Maybe I will must call them. What information they want ant what is their phone number? Once again congrats and your new life starts in Australia?

I forgot to mention that, we asked the MA (who we used for employer nomination) for this processing time and he said us that our employer have to write complaint for this delay.

I think that, whatever I do (write and call them) they will not do faster my process. It is a shame.

On the website wrote that we must not to call them because this will delay our process. Therefore, I do not dare to call the Department.

Thank you Cippalippa. We upload all necessary documents on 15 June with medicals. I knew that Belgrade council have questioned my colleague for me and my family 2 weeks after that. And our status is still "Application received" without any request. I wrote to the Department, and they said me that my case is process of assessment. Now my employer will wrote to them to complain for processing time, I hope this to move our case. My case is the same like your - I lodged the 457 application myself (the employee part) while the MA lodged the nomination only on behalf of my employer.

Nina, I have uploaded all necessary files in my account since 22 weeks. I uploaded file for change to my mobile phone in order to renew information. However, no news....nothing from them yet.

I hope every morning to receive our visa when I wake up. We are without migration agent and from high risk country. Fingers crossed for all of us to obtain ours visas soon.

Hi Cippalippa, we are in our 22 weeks...we wrote to the immigration and there answer is the same every time - we have to wait and every case is different. I lose hope...
