When do you head out?

I had a big change of heart today and booked my flights for the 15th September! Its booked and now i have 8 weeks to kill. I can't wait. I haven't booked anywhere yet but probably the Wake up Sydney hostel for a few weeks. I might actually book a hotel for first few nights to help get over the jet lag!

Hey guys, I just recently joined the forum and have spent a few hours reading some of the threads that caught my eye. I'm heading out to Sydney to start my 1 year working holiday in early October. I have my car to sell and once it sells, i'll be buying my ticket. I expect to be going over with around £7000k and was wondering how long that could last me roughly? I intend to try and get work in my field (greenkeeper) but if i cant get any then i will literally do anything to help continue my travels through the country. I'm of that nature and any job will do me! However i may try and get my 2nd year visa so i'll have to keep that in mind too. thanks folks
