  1. sorry Bungo... 5 days ago isent email letter to our CO asking my queries related to my wife pregnancy.. He replied with my PR Visa grant confirmation together with his answers on my queries.and i want it to share on you with MaggieMay24. i know i was confident to be approved.only disappointing me was my MA which keeps tellin no chance of approvals.. here's a CO response on my email. "Thank you for your email. The requirements of your visa application have already been met. You and your wife were granted residency visa today. Your baby will be deemed to have the residency upon birth and you will have to provide birth certificate, bio data page of your baby’s passport and emedical form. Your will need to inform the department when you have all the documents ready to submit. i am still thankful i am one of lucky applicant eventhough my baby will not recognize as australian citizen still got other option to be.

  6. i have a MA which keep tellin me that CO will just leave our application and look to another applicant due to waiting for our baby.also said it will just sits there cause of delayed.100% completed requirements and i am confident the co will look at it.if ever this will be a problem at least i am expecting by the first quarter of 2016 just in case. by the way...yeah until now no feedback yet regarding our medicals
  7. 502 Chest X-ray Examination same with previous anyway, just for enlightment on my last question.
  8. on that time we have provided her previous result and medical center consider it together with a certification from the GP. we need to wait after birth before ENS approve? or our application just sits there?
  9. i have this issue on my MA regarding my wife pregnancy.we were already lodged with acknowledgement and done medicals including a Form 1392 Pregnancy Health Undertaking right after medical test for my wife just because GP not allowed to take chest xray and we submitted a 6 months old 457 Chest XRay result that. Now the issue is we had informed by MA to have this Form 1436 (Adding an additional applicant after lodgement) after giving birth on November. what i did not understand or makes me confusing is.. - is it on the procedures to gives birth first before approving our ENS? - are the CO does not allocate our application if found out that my wife is pregnant? - is it possible to granted a PR visa in this situation? what makes me more worries is the market downturn giving a redundancy issues. i hope somebody out there have experienced can share me the stories. power! ENS & VISA Lodged: 21April2015 Medical Test : 01May2015 ? ?
  10. Thank you so much MaggieMay.i really appreciate your effort. just for clarification, what do you mean "few days later"?is it after giving birth or after submitting the additional health undertaking?
  11. i was advised by my MA to provide this form after my wife giving birth on our first baby on November. My ENS 186 and RSMS lodged on April 21,2015 no CO or feedback yet.Our documents are settled and Pregnancy Health Undertaking been added because my wife is not allowed to go Chest Xray as she is pregnant. is this form 1436 necessary to provide?or is it possible to approve our ENS even our baby not yet born? or please correct me if im wrong... thanks i do appreciate efforts. power!
