  1. I thought the same. [emoji1] Coming back to the original subject, my grant came through mid afternoon too.
  2. Congratulations @Bound4Tassie! You were one of those whose grant I've been watching for all along. We applied two days apart. My wife and I are planning to move in September or October and, as you said, I was expecting to have a lot less time to plan than this. Luckily the date of first entry is in December so we have plenty of time.
  3. My visa was granted yesterday afternoon. I've been granted the permanent 100 subclass straight away too. I still can't quite believe it! The visa was granted in a day less than seven months, which is really impressive even considering the flurry of other grants on here.
  4. I rang up to check what to put for those questions. The answer was to leave them all blank... so I did. Apparently its only required if you want the form sent directly to your CO, which some other countries want.
  5. @markp: The estimated processing time for the partner visas is currently 10-14 months... So you may end up needing to get new health and police checks done later.
  6. Yes, thats the place. If you click on the help icon, the pop up help text mentions police checks as part of the character evidence.
  7. I received my police certificate today and uploaded a scan to the website. When I logged on, there was a message telling me that I have met the health requirements. So the results of my medical have obviously been submitted. There's nothing more to do now but wait....
  8. You are typically allowed 12 months from the date of the earliest of your police certificate or medical checkup. That's how long they are valid for.
  9. I got the same email yesterday, so that makes six of us. I had been waiting to submit my police and medical checks to ensure that I'll have plenty of time to validate the visa once it's granted. Having had the reminder it was clearly time to do both! So I applied for my police certificate yesterday and booked my medical for next week. It's starting to feel more real now!
  10. They take the length of the relationship up to the date that you applied for your visa. So, unfortunately, you would have been a few months short of the 3 years. Do you have any children together? If so, that reduces the requirement to 2 years.
  11. The list of documents will be different for everyone because they depend on your circumstances. However, there are details of what to include on the IMMI website and on the partner visa notes PDF. Sorry I'm on my phone so I don't have links available right now. Did you apply using the online application form or the old PDF form? The PDF includes a checklist of documents and online application shows you a full list of the documents that you could include once you have submitted the application.
  12. Did you upload yours? I uploaded a scan of passport photos of both of us. I figured if they want to see the originals they'll ask.
  13. Your statements don't need to be certified. Only the stat decs need certifying.
