Hi prakash. You don't need to get the other visa.. you are 457visa holder still.. if the 457visa still expire.. Also I was on the 457 before got a PR.. and I went to my country for a while.. and My MA said that it doesn't matter to approve your PR when you stay in AUS or Outside..if you applied it onshore.. So you can go out and come back anytime.. Don't worry about that mate..

Hello everyone. My nomination has approved today.. Apply - 13 Jan. (Nomi and visa together) Requested docs of Nomi - 11 May. Add docs - 25 May. Nomination approved - 17 June. (37 days after) Visa - still waiting.... Centre - WA Perth.. Occupation - Other sports Coach or Instructor.. I am looking forward to get good news soon.... Good luck everyone :laugh:

About company financial letter from accountant/ why need full payment employer/ Business registration Certificate... And My MA submitted all docs on 25/May..

I am waiting for nomination approval.. apply 13/Jan 2015 and requested add docs 11/May.. 35 days today from 11/May..@@ it is killing me...!!!!!! hehe I really don't know when can i get an response from immi...@@

Hello Ajv The officer asked anything about that.... I am a 457visa holder from last year.. so my boss is paying me every week... till now and we have payslips... the account sent a letter(she wrote that my boss can pay me) and one year payment record to immi... But it's depends on case officer...so just in case if your boss has accountant, ask them about preparing that...or ask your MA.. Thank you Have a good day.

Hi Ajv.. yes case by case....if your sponsoring company is a small business, possibly the case officer will ask more docs... In my case I was requested docs about evidence of abilities that employee can pay to employer or cannot..... So my boss's accountant send a letter and other docs to my MA.... It is really case by case......nobody knows.........@@@@@@@ Good Luck

Hi yihaodk I think usually 4~5months now... I applied 13th Jan... I was requested some add docs by immi last week... So you should wait 2more months....just I think... sometimes faster than 4 months..:laugh: If you have a bridging visa A(activated A) at the moment.. You can't leave Aus..but you can change the bridging visa A to B...and the visa processing will stop before you come back to AUS... But if you have another visa at the moment which kind of 457 etc....(unexpired visa) you can leave without the changing visa... I really recommend that you should ask immi before you leave... anyone has got news who applied Jan....?? I applied 13th Jan Nomi/Visa together.. I was requested some add docs(Nomination) from immi last week Monday but I have not given them it because My employee is preparing that now, Possibly He can give it to immi this week.... I have requested some of nomination add docs from immi yesterday.. does anyone requested visa add docs before has got a nomination..?? or requested add docs both (nomi/visa)?? or nomi first and visa some days after that?? I sent an email to immi.. and I got an response from them...(allocated) and I have got an email from my MA immi requested some more docs about nomination today..
