Most of the occupations assessed by TRA like plumbing etc , there is no way to get these qualifications (AQF III) from australia because there is no institute offering certificate III in plumbing , ac and fridge electrician , mechanic etc to foreign students , because along with these qulification you need a 4 year apprenticeship and there is no visa allow foreigners to come to australia and do apprenticeship.......

Yes she is not willing to live there forever but she is willing to go sometimes for a visit......better for me to talk to a consultant , i don't want to do anything illegal...........

She support me for sure but not only she everyone support me as i am youngest member my parent and other bros , and according to the requirements given on that page to prove i am dependent on her i can prove that i am dependent on her...........

The family members that a main applicant of 189 visa add in his application will have same freedom of PR as main applicant ?? Or there will be some restrictions for partners compared to main applicant ?? Will they work and study like a PR ?? My elder sis recently finished BDS (Bachelor of dental science) and i am thinking to make her main applicant as she have qualification + good english , and add myself as bro partner , she is ready to be the main applicant , but she is not willing to go Australia as she have got a good job here , Will this way work ?? Main applicant stay here and partner go as PR ? Is it necessay for partner to do ielt + skill assessment or it is just for extra 5 points (partner skills) ??

Hi , This is not the point you are talking about , all people know ACCA is recognized as australian bachelor , the point is why budeman got 10 points on his ACCA membership and why they are asking him for bachelor hons certificate as ACCA himself equal to a bachelor..............

I am also an ACCA member with no any onther degree , I have not yet applied for visa but will do it when i will get 7 bands in ielt , But i am scared that i might face the same situation as you are facing , So finally what result you got ??? And how many points you claimed ?? IMO if you had used an agent you might not have faced this situation as using an experianced agent give good and desired result. Syed
