  6. Thank you Lady Rainicorn...really helpful...and exactly what we were thinking! A bit more info... Budget - $400 per week for renting, $450,000 for buying. Would like to be near the coast if possible. Transport links (main roads) would be good if OH is travelling around. OH will travel up to an hour for work Good schools We like new builds and older character houses, so flexible here Thanks!

  10. Thanks Aaronspark....that seems about an average price. For a family of three we are paying £1800 for the total package. Plus all the other charges as just mentioned....plus skills assessment, medicals, police checks.....not a cheap process!
