But I dont have any unit to study, that's the main problem here! SO what should I do??

I actually in a very tricky situation now. I'm currently on a student visa. But the tircky thing is I only got one unit left, but that unit commences on Semester 2,which means I cannot enrol in the first semester, if in that I have to leave Perth. I did ask my MA, He said unless my student visa is cancelled. otherwise I will not have a bridging visa. But he also thinks i can stay in Perth, because once the visa payment done , a bridging visa is granted automatically. Because I was asked for more docs on 4th Feb, if the processing is 28 days. I dont really know what to do. Nicoo, can you also ask your MA? Cheers

Yeah. Even my diploma is Australian diploma, CO still asked for the evidence of enrolment! did you mean, there will be another CO to evaluate the case after all the required docs submitted? cheers

Hello nicoo i was asked for the evident of enrolment and payment of the diploma. So I've submitted the enrolment form and invoice of certificate 4 and diploma, what at else do you think I need to provide? Thx

Hello Everyone Finally I heard from MA, my nomination got approved on 30/01. But I've check on my immi account, there is no update on that. Anyone knows how should check it? And when I can finally get my visa？ Thx very much

Many MA told me coz lots of immigration officer are still on holiday, it's extreme slow at this stage, I might hear the news on Februrary! Hopefully it's worth to wait!

If if I do the way as you said import the application to my account, will that affect my MA's account? thx

OMG I subimitted my nomination and visa together, on 22nd sept. Haven't heard anything about the nomination, really frustrating! Can anyone told me how to track the process by myself? My agent told me TRN already, how to track the process by myself? Really appreciate! cheers

Hi Guys I lodged my 187 RSMS application on Sept. in Perth RCD lodged at the beginning of October and approved on 1th Nov. Just wondering to know, how long it would take? I've asked my agent, it's a decision ready case. I've submitted the police check and medical check once I started my 187 application. Thx very much
