Hey Guys, (R.E. converting EASA part 66 B1 licence to CASA) Unfortunately you cannot apply directly to CASA for an LTA assessment anymore and instead have to use an approved Maintenance Training Organisation (Part 147), who will assess the qualifications and notify CASA if they are category compliant by means of a Form 465. Hello, I am a B1 licensed Aircraft Engineer in the U.k looking for work as an AME in Australia, preferable gold coast but will consider elsewhere. Can anyone recommend any Maintanance companies or airlines (international or domestic) that are hiring at the moment or alternatively any job agencies worth registering with. Many thanks

Hi everyone I am a B1 licensed aircraft engineer applying for a Northern Territory state sponsored Visa. I am 24 years old and have been working for a major airline in the UK for 7 years. I was after some advice as to how likely it is my visa application will go through and what the work opportunities are like for an AME in Northern Territory.
