Exactly, feel guilty going over her head but I was getting nowhere and like you say we pay enough! Thing is now I've gotta give her a nudge and she will know I've done it, feel a bit naughty but oh well ?

We are using an agent and we rang ourselves yesterday and found out they have requested the signed declaration from our family sponsor. Our agent has had this month's and not loaded it on to system. She was emailed Friday and still not responded, apparently that's all they are waiting for to grant ours! Feeling mad!!?

I've got an agent and she's in New Zealand and I am pretty clueless on what any of it means. She just keeps telling me she'll be in touch when she knows anything! We rang and enquired ourselves the other day and was told they would look into our grant later and email yet still nothing! Even more frustrating we have an 11 hour time gap between us and NZ so everything takes twice as long to communicate!!

We have just joined the April gang to, our agent submitted ours this morning . Very excited
