Respected Fella, From yesterday evening I am getting Message "Service Temporarily Not Avaliable" while I check my 190 Status. This happening with me since yesterday! Is this is the case with everybody or Just I am struck. If anybody checked their 190 app status recently, kindly let me know when they did last time! Assistance will be much appreciated.

Respected all, I was wondering that once you receive VISA approval email from DIAC. Do we then need to send passports to Australian Local Embassy/Consulate to get VISA stamped. Or there is no need to get Visa stamped & you can directly fly? OR What is difference between: VISA APPROVED & VISA GRANTED Help Solicited!

Respected Forum Members; I was browsing through the excel sheet posted on this forum for NSW SS. I came across that 3-4 people who applied after 1st July have already got approvals, that is within 10 days. While NSW SS in their Ack email says that their waiting period is approx 12 weeks. Can we expect reduced waiting times / Or it is case to case. I applied on 15th July & I was informed that applications received on 1st July are being processed right now! Still making guesses about wait time! Kindly propose!

Respected Seniors & Fellas, I come under University Lecturer Category & have been successfully assessed by VETASSESS. My Category is in Northern Territory (NT) & New South Wales (NSW) State Migration List. Kindly advice that for which State Sponsorship should I go? My Priority Parameters are: 1, Less processing Time/Quick Processing. 2, Greater Probability of Success/Less Competetion for SS. NT is Open right Now, NSW will Open in July. Respected Forum Members, I had applied to Vetassess for University Lecturer Position. I received successful assessment from Vetassess stating that I am eligible under this category. The confusion is that I hold Bachelors, Masters & Doctorate with over 10 yrs of experience as University Faculty, But Vetassess have only listed my Bachelors & 5 yrs of immediate experience. My Masters & Doctorate were not listed in the letter that I received from Vetassess. I was wondering that will my Masters & Doctorate be considered when I apply to DIAC, given the fact that Vetassess never threw look on my higher qualifications. Please Kindly help! Regards

Currently NSW List of Occupations =/= NSW Skill Shortage List. Will NSW List of Occupations change as per NSW Skill Shortage List. I am planning to apply for NSW Sponsorship for University Lecturer. Sir/Madam, I am planning to apply for NSW Sponsorship for University Lecturer. The list was updated on 23rd April 2013. University Lecturer is currently in NSW Occupation List. But it is currently not there in NSW skill shortage list. So is there probability that University Lecturer will not be there when NSW SS starts again in July, 2013, based on NSW skill shortage list. Hi Ali, I am also potential 190 NSW SS candidate for University Lecturer. Currently I am doing VETASSESS. Do you mean that University Lecturer cannot get 190 NSW SS or they always need a job offer. I guess NSW SS skill list was just updated on 13th April. I think this category is there & will stay. But the big question that have any body succeeded in getting NSW SS using University Lecturer skill! I am bit apprehensive! Kindly Help
