ok thankyou very much i had a feeling we probs wouldnt get over there but its something weve been talking about for years.

I think hubbys work does come under 1 of those as hes a cleaning manager at asda, he did the visa check point thing to check if he would pass and got 130 odd the pass was 120.

Can anyone please give me advice on how much the cost would be for myself,husband and 5 young children to move over?been told we need visas,medicals and vaccinations,already know cost of flights,also been told my husband will have to have a trade which he dont have hes a facilities manager.Also been told we would have to have so much on our bank account before we could do this,any advice would be very much appreciated thanks :wink:

yep he is a facilities manager city management employs him and he manages an asda store,i will take a look at that thanks over the sponsor and ill try my best i did see a few getting grilled is to why they wanted to come over and stuff,ive had a bit of info off a friend whos moved from adelaide to melbourne and ive also got a friend who lives south of sydney so they have been great with the advice of costs.

were the same we are thinking of moving over i have 5 young boys one is 12 next month,10,7,4,and 5 months and we have 2 pets a dog and a parrot but we would sell the parrot :cry: and would love to take the dog,hubby would rather travel without pets but weve had him since he were 6wks old hes 5 now....i came on here for the same as much info as poss as we dont know were to start good luck :cool:

hi im currently just a mum at the min but my hubby is a cleaning manager for city facilities i know you have a company called coles which are the same ppl who employ my hubby....yep just the basic info please what you said lesleybruck...visas,areas and costs plz...we have been saving for a few months i know its not going to be an easy ride to get over there but hoping we can achieve it :wink:....hubby did a visa assessment online for the skilled visa and passed,we do have family over there but my mum lost contact when she were younger so dont know were they are lol x
