  1. Dear all, It is the expression of happiness. Granted PR today. My timeline is 187 and Employer nomination applied on 26 Feb 2013, CO signed on 17 June 2013 and pr granted today. Those who are still waiting, you guys also will get it soon because the process is fast in Melbourne. Thanks everyone, specially Blossom79. Cheers Dev
  2. Dear Blossom, thank you very much for your advice. My case officer has asked for 'Evidence of Employment of Australian Citizen and Permanent residency'. I simply uploaded my current payslips. I am not quite sure what does he mean? I think this kind of should be directed to employer not to employee. Further, evidence on this matter should already come up during the employer nomination approval process because my employer nomination has already been approved. CO also asked for 'Evidence of family unit member'. I uploaded my marriage certificate only because I do not have any kids... Did I do right or not? I appreciate your idea. Thanks Dev
  3. Dear Blossom, I am waiting for 187 visa. The organization, which has sponsored me has Australia wide branches. Now I am working in NT. Do you think, after granting PR, I can move to any other branches including interstates if my employer will happy to move me on? Thanks Dev
  4. Hi Blossom79, I have heard that after u get PR based on RSMS, u have to stitch on your employer for contract period (normally 2 yrs). Is it true? can't one, who got 187 visa, work for second job? do u have any authentic info about this? Thanks Dev
  5. Hi RobinVanPersie, you can't apply for RSMS 187 without TRN, which comes up after the RCB approved. Your employer will provide u the TRN. this is the link https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/elp/app?login for apply. I am not sure about the defacto. Dev
  6. Hi Sneh, two of my friends from Darwin got pr after 2 weeks of their co signed. I think you will hear good news in 2 wks time. All the best Dev
  7. HI everyone, I rang to DIAC Melbourne and asked about the processing time of RSMS. One of the staffs from RSMS desk told me that these days it takes 6-8 months to finalize the RSMS 187 visa application. But the good thing is that they count from the date when our employer apply for nomination. One of my friend in Darwin got her employer nomination approved few days ago while her employer applied for nomination at the last week of December 2012. Mine also done on 8 Jan 2013. Hope to get approval soon. Good luck to everyone.......... Dev
  8. Hi Rania, I think CO does not ask for documents unless they misplace them or they are expired. How lucky you are, applied on December 012 and Got CO already! Once you re-submit those required documents, I hope you will get pr soon.....
  9. Dear Al.. It seems like your are pretty worried about it. Take it easy my friend, because PR of Australia is not everything in your life. It emerges as a new phenomena in your life. Even without PR, your life would be precious. And please be positive and hopeful dear. Don't let hurt your sound mind.... . I think you are close to the decision. Cheers
  10. Hi Bellehuang! I think they offshore is not existed any more!!!
  11. Thanks dear Blossom79. Do you have contact details of Matilda or George Lombard, so that I can contact them. I am still hopeful for making the BVA effective..., thanks again dev
  12. Thank you very much Blossom79. However, two migration lawyers told me that we can make BVA active by accepting BVE! I can't understand how does it work? Can't wait for the decision of new visa application because current 572 is valid for next 18 months... How much time should I wait for 187 visa, which was applied on 26 Feb 2013, Non DRC, do u think?
  13. By the way, Dear Blossom79 and other senior forum users, I applied for 187 visa on 26 Feb 013, granted Bridging Visa A (BVA) on the same day. But the BVA is not in effect because I am on spouse visa, 572, which is in effect. I would like to make the BVA active so that my wife does not need to go to uni and I can work full time! How it can be possible? I will appreciate your suggestions. Thanks
  14. Congratulation! enjoy your days ahead my friend! Dev
