Hi, My husband, myself and my 2 young boys are starting the process to move to Oz. We have been looking on the immi.gov.au site at visas and think the 189 is best for us. my husband is a motor mechanic and the website says he needs to do a skills assessment with the TRA. We have just started to fill in the forms for this and have got to section 2.8, it states we need to send employment statements for each employment. These have to be on letterheaded paper detailing my husbands employment and signed by the person who supervised him. While this is fine for his previous jobs (although we are not sure the same people work there). My husband was not planning on telling his current employer about our plans until we have our visas, in case we don't get them.:no: Has anyone else completed a TRA assessment or has any experience of this. thanks in advance sarah :smile:
