Hi susi just reading your post and was wondering if your child has past there medical with them having autism only asking as it one of my worries that our visa could be turned down as my son age 13 is autistic and also has ADHD. After reading some post on here it seems to be difficult not impossible tho leanne

Hi can someone please help answer afew questions! we are in the early stages of planning our move to oz but after reading some reports on here im not sure if it is going to be possiable for our dream to happen. My middle son age 13 has been diagnosed with ADHD and ASD from the age of 9, he is on medication concerta xl which he takes daily, i have to say as he is getting older he is managing him self well, he is statemented 30 per week at school but im sure at our next review this can be lowered due to him improving all the time. I am very worried this could go against us as a family when we apply for our visa. Has anyone been throught this, can you help us in any way? please share your stories with me. thank you very much

<p><p>he is on meds but he is in a mainstream school with 30 hours a week statement, but he is improving all the time, any info about the medical I would be very interested plus if you can recommend a visa agent that would be fab to, hope you don't mind me messaging you.</p></p>

So how do I find out what's on my record as I think I had a caution once not 100% sure tho! Filling out the police form when I'm unsure is not my best option could I send off for a cbr check first as that should show what is on my record?

Hello all, I'm new to this so hope someone can help me. We are in the early stages of planning to move to oz . The trip will include my hubbie and my 3 children, first problem is that my older two are from a previous relationship we were not married my children were born 1998, and 2000. The father has no contact and no parent responsibility will this affect our visa will I need the fathers permission?? Also when I was 16 I was arrested for assault where I was charged and had to pay a fine I have to say it was on a police officer, I'm 34 now so was a long time ago but not sure if this will affect our chance. My husband is hoping to get a sponsor and us to go with him. I would really appreciate any comments :confused:
