Thank you so much Somudra for your help. I have kinda put together a draft for the letter. As of now its about 3 pages long so i need to cut it down i guess. Is it appropriate to ask you if you could pm me the letter you sent. Not to copy it, just so i get an idea of how it should read. Its ok if you dont want to send it to me though.
