Hopefully applying for the 309 partner visa in the next few months thinking of doing ourselves . any advice would be great . im the oz in realaionship just want to know besides the 309should I be filling in 46sp or 40sp. any advice would be great.

Wanting advice on partner visa for Australia. i emergrated 17 years ago but returned to uk 4 years ago after divorce. im Australian my children still there. been with ,y partner 3 years now wanting to move back and of course take my partner. what forms do we need ? is it easy enough to fill forms in yourself ? i did it all those years ago without help. what information do they need? any advice would be helpful. thanks.

I'm Aussie lived there 16 years now back in uk 4 years with my partner 3 years looking at going back to love as my adult children love out there and visiting them every 6 months which is something I can't keep doing so I think time to move back. just looking at getting my partner in.

I've got Autralian passport been in uk 4 years now trying to get my partner of 3 years into oz on a partner visa is it easy enough to do without an agent. i didn't have one when I emergrated I did on my own for me and my family. iv using an agent who do you recommend?

Hi wondering if I could get some advice. im in the uk been back here 4 years after divorce in oz but my adult kids still in oz . im Australian so no problem getting back, but ove been seeing a guy for 3 years aged 51 I've been living with him for a year but only my mail going to his house no bills in joint names also no joint bank account something I don't believe in as didn't have with my ex after 25 years. we have many hols together and he's visited Australia to see my family over there. we are wanting to move back looks like we will have to go on Defacto visa but I'm wanting to go back to live in oz as missing ,y kids . cam anyone recommend a good agent? do I have to get my name on bills and do I have to wait a year before we cam apply for him to go. how long once applied does it take to go through. i don't want to live in the uk another year can it go through if I return to oz can he come on a holiday visa and apply from there.
