Hi everyone.
I'm moving from Perth in Wa to Hobart at the end of the year. I have been scouring the real estate and have two questions.
1. Do you have fly screens on houses in Hobart? I havnt noticed them and wondered if there is a fly problem like Wa.
2. Any recommendations for suburbs.
many thanks

Anyone aware of how hard it is to obtain nursing employment in hobart in mental health, forensic ,Child and Adolescent. Thinking of moving from Perth WA.
many thanks
I plan on going back next year to live after 33 years I think I will be fine and intend coming back to oz for holidays. Still got relatives etc,my kids are in oz and Canada
Thanks for that. I talked to bupa today and they said anyone who has had private health insurance in oz gets whats called a continuity certificate that allows them to continue their private health cover and apparently it applies across all private health. I just want make sure they do cover existing health conditions.
Hi has anybody any experience with this. I have had private health insurance for many years in oz but I wonder if it can be transferred to uk when I move there. I have a health condition that was dx here in oz and requires specialist supervision but not hospital stays etc. many thanks
Hi everyone yes excellent responses. I wonder if anyone knows of a financial advisor I could see . I want to go back to Uk next year. I will be 61. I am selling up here and then buying a smaller cheaper house in UK.I am entitled to a small Nhs pension and I think part uk pension ,maybe even a bit of oz pension. I worked 33 years here full time and 12 years in uk. But not sure of best way to manage it all. Any advice or pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated.
many thanks
Pam
