I have been emailing them since dec 2012 but no reply.. and on call they are giving different answers..

Actually my husbands file was transferred to pakistan from another country. In Jan they said file is recieved and in process, now they say they say thay file is only transferred electronically not physically.

No update yet 10 months are gone and we havenot heard anything other thn acknowledgement,

Same thing happened with me, when i called AHC for status update lady there refuse to give any info and said u are not authorised person, i said i have submitted authorisation form back in Nov 2010 then she said they haven't got it. I emaild the form again and called them she said the same thing and when i said i have emailed u the form then she said call another time. I dont know what is going on...

But the problem is we have not received any request from AHC yet not even additional doc. Hopefully u get it soon

U are Jan applicant and havent got medical request yet.. what is going on in AHC.. My husband is Oct applicant still no update.

same case with me, i have been trying to call them from last 3 weeks but call goes to the vm. They are not taking calls.
