  1. Hi everyone, Just wanted to share a positive initial experience with this company based in UK. We are immigrating in the near future to Perth and are looking to relocate our Maltese fur baby. I called all the big names ( not mentioning them specifically ) and wasn’t impressed. My shipping company then recommended this small Pet relocation company and so far the experience has been really positive, straight forward and easy. Transfur are based in Sussex and after several in depth discussions and advise, I decided to go for them. The prices is very reasonable but more importantly there is an element of personal service. There is one main contact and although you have to liase with your VET ( they are not vets) to get the vaccinations done on time, I feel you are more in control with the process and get to learn a lot too along the way. Anyway I do hope this level of customer service carries on until my baby gets to Perth. If anyone wishes more details please PM me. I don’t normally contribute but as you can see I have been very impressed. Thanking all members of PIO too for their invaluable advise.
  2. Hi Cal, Thank you for your reply....none of the shippers are definite. Some have advised to ship it and then let customs decide, but it’s too risky to do this. I might contact BITCON. ?
  3. Hi everyone, Would customs allow any bone inlay /mother of pearl furniture ( side dresser) if shipped alongside rest of furniture? Inherited but not an antique 2 yrs old. We are going to engage a relocation company. Not sure ?
  4. Hi everyone, it’s been a long time coming but we are finally thinking of migrating ....so here goes We have a large stunning contemporary home overlooking a country park with a canal running at the bottom of the park. Ideal location for families and retirees alike. There are very good schools and a university within 10 min drive. A large supermarket with nearby shops dental, doctors and pharmacy, gym and offices located within a 5 min walk. The largest shopping centre in Buckingham is located within a 10min drive or half hour bus ride. We love it here. The house itself if fully done up with new kitchen, bathrooms, study and large low maintance garden. The house is 10 yrs old hence fully maintained. It’s available fully furnished or unfurnished. The town is Milton Keynes. If anyone out here that is interested in long term rental it out it will be available from June 2018. Pls get in touch. Thanking all for reading......
