  1. Hello and welcome! Although the numbers *almost* work on it, I would suggest leaving it behind, mainly because it would be a bit of an orphan in Australia. Sometimes that still works if the car is collectible, but a Corsa would only really appeal to UK-car tragics, many of whom are my friends, and they're all tight as fish's bums
  2. It can possibly be imported via SEVS but you'd need to send us the make/model details to check (via the website, in my signature).
  3. Hi! That's worth bringing, at those numbers. The estates have a devoted following here, and aren't easy to find, which helps your cause.
  4. A bit of a tough one to answer, but it seems as though UK built prestige cars seem to cop a fair depreciation hit over there but hold their value in Oz, so I would start there (add Aston Martin to your list). The ID Buzz is great but in 3-4 years' time it will probably be available new here in Oz too.
  5. The official line will be that if you remove a car from the country where it was originally sold, the warranty is no longer valid. That being said, manufacturers have sometimes been prepared to honour warranty work, especially if it's a safety issue.
  6. We never got the diesel Stinger here so if you absolutely love the diesel, bring it over because you won't see another one. If not, it's pretty breakeven, financially.
  7. You can bring in a car second time around moving over, bearing in mind it needs to be 5 years in between vehicles if you've already brought in a personal vehicle the first time around.
  8. Luxury brands are a good bet. I would look at a late model Jaguar, depending on your budget.
  9. Welcome to PIO! I would recommend leaving that one in the UK. It was sold here as the Escape (no idea why the different name) - you would have the only manual diesel one here, which may hold some appeal, but they didn't hold their value that well here. Only bring it if you can't bear to part with it.
  10. Welcome! Yes that's worth doing, based on those numbers, especially if you end up in Perth.
  11. Hi Fuzzbomb, and welcome! In short, bring over the Cayman, sell off the BMW and buy something a little more lucrative if you still have 15 months to go
  12. My apologies, I missed this one! Yes you need to have the import approval before the car goes on the boat (I'm sure you can imagine how bad it would be to have a car refused an import approval while it's half way to Australia!). There is a little bit of leeway in some circumstances. Email us if you like, and we can have a look at your situation.
  13. Hi Tom, a V6 manual Brera with AWD?! Hell, I'll buy it off you now rare as chicken lips in Australia.
