<p>Its great to hear from you both, hope all is good in Oz and you are now settled. We are weeks away from getting a CO!!! However, once the SMP comes out (possibly 1st Nov) then we will be put on hold again!!! We always managed to get to this point and then have another set back! I just hope they dont get the SMP out until next year, but I just know that that wont happen!</p>

<p>Anyway, the other good news is that I am 19 weeks pregnant, so that will mess up our application now and will probably have to wait whatever! Baby due in March. <p>Hi Carl, thats fantastic news, bet your marking down on the calender, ( i know we did lol) enjoy your night out hope you have a great time, our shipping should be here tmrw then we have around a 3 week wait for it, Dogs have 2 weeks left in Sydney then we can have them back, Kids can't wait, we stayed in toowoon bay holiday park near the entrance for two weeks on the central coast, we managed to get a rental in killarney vale, honestly say we are loving it here, using a dongle at the mo till we get connected but will do a update thread as soon as i can, keep me posted how it all goes, all the best hun!</p>

<p>Exchanged on house and completing on the 2nd June...Got removals here 1st and 2nd, we are using Crown Worldwide...</p>

<p>Flying out 6th and staying on in Singapore till the 10th.. We are staying at Noosa entrance waterfront resort till our furniture arrives, shold be $1100 per week but got it for $650!!</p>

<p>Both me and wife finished work today, shes out tonite on piss and me tomoz!!!</p>

<p>Hi Carl... OMG that is a lot to lose on the house! What a shame. I suppose though if you want to get out there as soon as you have to go with whats out there for you. I hope you don't lose too much with the exchange rate too. I have to agree though, at the moment I think its a bit of a blessing that we are not ready to go yet. Like you say, hopefully the work and exchange rate will pick up by the time we are able to go.</p>

<p>Yes finaly sold house but ended up losing £27500 on original price and stand to lose more with exchange rate so maybe its a blessing for you at the moment?</p>

<p>Nothing happening for us... still in the same position as last time! We still are not ready to go yet, so thats not so bad... Garys work has gone really slow again over here, so on Tuesday he is off back to the UK to work at Wimbledon Tennis club for 9 weeks, so that is causing us a delay on getting the house finished!</p>

<p>I am not looking forward to being left here without him for so long but needs must!</p>

<p>We finaly sold our house during the easter hols after dropping the price quite a way.</p>

<p>Sold to ppl in rented so got to be out 2nd June, weve booked shipping and flying out 4th..</p>
