Is there anyone in the Brisbane area that would be interested in getting together for a few games of texas hold em poker. I live in Arana Hills and have a big enough table to play on. Just thinking tournaments for small stakes say $10 or $20 buy ins. I miss playing and the casino only plays cash for BIG money. If anyones interested just get in touch and I will arrange a day/night for a game. Colin

Hi Im on the lookout for a job if anyone can help or point me in the right direction. We emigrated to Brisbane in September and I had a job to come to, but unfortunately I have been made redundant. I am an injection moulding technician by trade with 29 years experience of which 24 have been in supervisory positions. Although I would idealy like to continue in this field, I am willing to consider any positions which are avaliable. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. Colin

Hi we have been here for 9 weeks now and have not seen 1 kangaroo in the wild. Does anyone know any places where they usually hang out. My son and his girlfriend are coming for holiday in 3 weeks time and we would love to take them to see some around the Brisbane area. Thanks Lorraine & Colin

Hi we did ours the other day. Fill in the form from Queensland Transport website take it with your licence, passport and something with your address on to the Queensland Transport office (we went to the one at Chermside) they just process it and take your photo done in about 20 mins. You can get a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 year licence. Lorraine
