We are hoping to attend the down under expo in Glasgow to get a better idea of visa process. I'd love to be applying right now!!! My husband is nearly 40 and is a mechanical engineer. I'm 37 and as I said will qualify as a nurse in the summer. Weighing up who is best for main visa applicant. And then if it's me I believe I would get more points for my age if I apply before I am 40 compared to if I wait until I'm past 40 but have more experience!?! Does that make sense?? Hi everyone. I first joined the forum about 7 years ago. I've been gone for a while but I've never given up my dream of moving to Australia. Now I'm back and feeling determined and hoping that a move for our family is getting closer. I'll become a registered nurse in the summer and can't wait to get some experience here and fingers crossed successfully applying for our visas. Thanks for having me back.
