I have been waiting for 3 months and one week since further assessment . waiting game....killing me cook nom:26th june 2019 approve :30th october 2019 visa apply : 16th nov 2019 s56 request:(AFP ) 6th dec 2019 summit :same day no update after that

Can you summit another new nomination application instead of appeal to the higher court? It’ looks like newer applications process much quicker than before.

@xushuang923 hi bro, nominations is approved on 5sep and same day got s56 they asked for afp,form80 and indian pcc And same documents for partner. We have submitted all documents on 2 October. And status says further assessment. Hopefully will receive golden email soon bro

hi @NnN if you currently on bringing visa A, then your employer can reapply 186 nomination only (cos I am in the similar situation) . If the new nomination approved,then you can apply 186 visa offshore. Please discuss these with MA or lawyer before action.
