  1. Thanks blossom, just made a post at "Ask an agent" section of the forum. Hopefully I get an affirmative reply soon
  2. I would be more than grateful if any expert migration assistant would advise me regarding the possibility to secure State Sponsored Visa (Subclass 489) for RDA (Southern Inland, NSW), I have submitted both the EOIs (SKILLSELECT as well as of RDA at the RDA website) my points distribution is as follows Age 30 points Skill Assessment 15 points (NOC 263311, Telecommunications Engineer, Positively Assessed by Engineers Australia) IELTS (10 points, 7 Each) State Points (10 points) Total 65 points I would like to clarify here that, though my point score is well above the cut-off threshold (60 points), but I have not included my experience points since my employer has restriction in issuance/endorsing of experience, in fact this very reason caused my subclass 189 application to be refused, causing me thick loads of money . Keeping in view the aforementioned circumstances, could any expert migration agent comment on my chances of securing an invitation of Satesponsored visa from RDA Southern Inland? OR can I apply for 190/489 of any other province/territory? I will pay if be given adequate assistance guaranteeing the successful visa processing. I would like to explicitly mention here that upon checking the skilled occupation list of Regional Development Australia, my occupation has indeed been mentioned, but with a condition of having an OSE (Onshore Experience), keeping in view a healthy point score (65 points), can this particular requirement be waived? Looking forward to hear.
  3. yes, I also noticed that after posting the thread so my bad , I was actually talking about state sponsored migration, can you introduce me to any migration expert, consultant who can assist me that? Thanking you in advance
  4. I also did apply against the NOC 263311 Telecommunications Engineer, though the NOC list of RDA mentions onshore experience as mandatory to be invited. My total points are 65 (age+ielts+skill assessment+Statesponsored) , however I dont have onshore experience and neither I have not counted my offshore experience at all since my employer is not supporting in provision of experience letter. since I am exceeding the points benchmark, what could be my chances of securing an RDA state sponsorship?
  5. I am an experienced professional who has around 7 years of experience in telecom engineering. My points distribution is as follows Age 30 points English : 10 points Skills Assessment: 15 points Regional sponsorship: 10 points Total:65 points I have submitted the both the EOIs (SKILLSELECT as well as of State Sponsored Migration at Regional Development Australia website), please note that I have not included experience points here as my employer has problem in issuing me the experience letter, but somehow I am exceeding the points threshold. could anyone tell me that what are my chances for receiving an invitation from Regional Development Australia in view the aforementioned points score. OR if someone could recommend me to apply for any other Permanent Residence/Temporary Residence visa category through which I can easily obtain working/living rights in Australia Thanking you in advance
