This is really frustrating it looks like ita a joke to immigration officers taking almost a yr for 187 visa grant and after that 2 more yr joking right you neva know might take more then yr if it keeps on going like this

Same story here mate nom 28 june and new head chef is such a a..hole . there is not a single day when i feel happy goin to work now and i dont know what to do and whatcan be done even after we get our pr

Hello there just a curiosity i appled for my nominatin and visa on jun 28 and have already got my bridging visa but now i am really having a difficult y cooperating with my employer change in head chef made things difficult and difficult its getting worst scheduling more hours and so on its not easy to work now in simple words i am thinking of quitting this job so does that mean whatever i paid for my visa and documents will that be for nothing is there anyting i can do or i heard someone said me i will have 3 months of time to find and apply with another employer anything you can suggest will be much appreciated thank you

Just a curiosity i am with my employer its already been a year i am working for them. i appled for my 187 visa and nomination somewhere around june 2016 i giess still few more months of wait is left bit frustrating i was wondering do i need to be with the employer after i get my pr for another 2 yr . the time which i spend already for my employer will that count or that doesnt matter can someone make me clear please thank you

My contract says 38 hrs which was sent to immigration and says nothing else apart than that but the internal contract between me and my employer says can go up to 45-46 hr if needed but they keep on rostering me 46-48 hr every week so m i still at the right place to complain my employer or i have no any other options other than to work thank you
