  3. Hi all I have done my nursing training in Australia and I'm registered with AHPRA. After graduating in 2015, I have been working for an agency since Feb 2016. However, as a causal agency RN, there is no fixed working hours. Some weeks over 30 hours while some weeks have no shift at all. To apply Visa 190, I need an extra 5 points to make it up to 60 points. As I'm not a native English speaker, I'm not confident to obtain 20 points from "superior level" English. (But I'm still trying and going to have PTE in Dec. IETLS last year L9, R9, W7, S7). Therefore, claiming 5 points from "Skill Employment" is another option (as I only have about 1 year experience). Does anyone have any idea if ANMAC is only assessing; A) your eligibility of nominating Registered Nurse as occupation or B) your working experience to claim points in "Skill Employment" as well? To claim points in "Skill Employment", does it strictly need to be 20 paid working hours per week? Or can my annual hours be averaged into weeks? Thank you in advance if you could share your thought.
