Hi, I am a PR holder of AU. Got PR in 2012 June & is getting expired tomorrow i.e.01/06/2017. I visited AU 4 times in this 5 year period. I came to India as my mother was ill & bed ridden. I am the only son to take care of her but unfortunately she passed away after ailing for 7 months. After her demise her property issue cropped up as i am the only inheriter of it. Now the case is in the court of law. In between all this hurdles my visa got expired. But now i have got a job in Perth for which i was about to leave, but my PR multiple entry period is over. Please help me by advising to get RRV by applying online from India(offshore). I don't know whether i am eligible for 3 months RRV. Kindly let me know about me getting RRV.

So please let me know if any vacancies are there. So that i can fast up my plans.

Thanks Mr. Ken. Good to know that u r a Chartered Accountant. So according to u we can enter now & stay there without exit, then we get citizenship.

Thank u Bungo. U helped me in this matter. Just tell me if we enter AUS at the end of my PR period & stay continuously for 4 years in the PR extended 5years period, then do we get citizenship?

Yah ok. But we all had visited AU just to get our visa stamped. We stayed for only 8 days & returned back to India. It is now we are ready to move for our permanent stay. If we enter now there will not be any exit until we complete 4 years. Please let me know if that is the case what are we still eligible for citizenship?

Hi.I have PR valid till 1st June'2017. If i enter now to AU with my family to stay permanently, are we all eligible for getting citizenship?

My clear cut query is *Is that 4 years of stay should be in the first 5 years of PR after the date of grant or later stay will be valid or not....

Sorry. U are upset may be with my queries. But your reply is not clear to me. It is not clarifying my query....:confused:

Good. U mean to say that if we enter on the last day of the 5 year PR period & stay continuously for 1year without exit i.e. in PR & stay another 3 years with the breakup stay in the middle & complete 4 years, then also we are eligible for citizenship. I hope i am right now.
