  1. Hi Manson, Just checking in to see how you guys are all doing. How did you go with the information that was requested?
  2. Hi everyone, My visa got approved this afternoon! :jiggy: If you want the details I'm Richo on the June2016 worksheet on the spreadsheet. The forum has been fantastic in terms of sharing information and knowing that I'm not the only one going through it so a big thank you to everyone who has contributed to the forum and everyone who has entered their details on the spreadsheet. To all the silent watchers you should join in and share too. I really hope everyone's applications get approved soon especially @MANSON, @jesse6, @Lizzielizzie, those people on bridging visas and those people who have been waiting longer than 6 months. The waiting really is quite tough mentally and certainly it is frustrating especially when other people who applied months after you with on what on face value look like very similar applications get their applications approved. I'm looking forward to seeing you all on the equivalent citizenship forum in about a years time! Richo
  3. Hi Lizzie, 300 days that's tough... It has been 228 days since my nomination was issued (which is less than you and many others) and I issued what my MA considers is a decision ready visa application 5 days later. There is such little transparency provided in relation to the processing of residency applications which makes the whole process a much more stressful than it needs to be. It would be good to know and to be able to track our positions in the queue.
  4. Did the previous message say we are currently allocating ENS/RSMS cases lodged between February and June 2016? If so they have processed a month of the backlog. Thank you for sharing!
  5. Hi Manson and Jess6, Thank you for your posts. I'm really happy with my application but I've found it always pays to know your options just in case. I've had a look at bridging visas B, C and D and a couple look potentially viable. I'll check out the tourist visa option too. I'll ask my MA but I like to be prepared.
  6. Hi, You should be taking professional advice from a migration agent or you should speak directly to the DIBP as clearly have a problem with your application. Either way I'm sure that your company isn't allowed to manipulate profits for the purpose of a submitting a residency application.
  7. Hi Jess, I'm fishing for info: 1 - Assuming your occupation is on the CSOL what are the options to stay in the country short term if you were on a 457 visa and you end up on Bridging Visa A and then your application is rejected. 2 - Assuming your occupation is on the CSOL what are the options/routes to residency if you were on a 457 visa and you end up on Bridging Visa A and then your application is rejected. I think my application is fine but I'd like to know my options just in case! Richo
  8. Congratulations neverwinter - fantastic news and its a DE approval! What is your occupation? I had a look on the shared spreadsheet and I noticed that the May 2016 worksheet has been deleted! I'm sure someone knows how to recover this but unfortunately I don't!
  9. Hi Jess6 & LeeThompson, Apologies for the slow reply. I hope it works out for you both. The reason I asked is that I'm not too far away from going on to bridging visa a myself. I worked for a company for 1.5years and then the business sold (ABN changed) and although I do the same job in the same place because the ABN changed the 2 year transition clock was reset. I chose to go the DE route (with 9 months left on my 457) as I felt it was quicker although I could have waited to complete the 2 year transition with the new abn and submitted an PR application under the transition route in November/December 2016. I hoping that the decision to make a DE application doesn't turn out to be a decision that I regret later. As per your reply I know there are travel issues associated with bridging visa A and that if an application is rejected then you have a stay of 28 days in Australia before you have to leave but what I am not sure about is what the general options are to apply for temporary/permanent residency assuming your occupation is CSOL listed. Has anyone looked in to these options?
  10. Hi Harry, We all seem to be getting similar feedback from Dept and/or our MAs in that the Dept is processing applications submitted between Feb and June but there is no intel available regarding when an individual application will be allocated to a CO for processing.
  11. Hi AA1986, Welcome to the Forum! Hopefully you police clearance clarifications result in you application being approved really soon. As a June DE applicant thank you for sharing your application status.
