My ENS 186 Nomination and Visa applications were lodged on 12th August 2016. Nomination refused without any doc request on 29th Nov 2017. My MA relodged another Nomination file yesterday and linked it to the existing Visa application which was lodged in August 2016. So my question is whether my application is treated as a fresh application and the processing time starts from today or is it given priority as my Visa application already exists. Is anyone there in the same situation or had any experience before?

My MA is in the process of submitting an appeal for my Nomination Refusal to AAT. Does anyone had an experience in appealing with AAT and how long will that take? If so did you get any positive outcome?

Yes provided bank statement where the amount which is paid for training is present.

My Nomination application has been refused today due to training benchmark requirements. It’s a direct refusal without asking further evidence. We have provided bank statement to immi but they say that we have not provided more detailed info on how we have provided training for employees. They also mentioned that we can claim a complaint. Will that help or once it is refused can’t we do anything? Do we have to reapply and wait for one year or more again? Any advice is highly appreciated.

We have been getting the same reply whenever my MA/Employer sent an email to immi since 7 months.

OMG still processing April 2016 files? It’s been 6 months now with the same response. Are there that many applications from April? Immi guys are really sleepy heads and not bothering about us at all.[emoji35]
